Double Sculls Woman Gold Medal

 Today at 12:40 end of lunch break the double sculls woman was rowing for a gold medal.We started off slowly  then we started creeping up to first 1st place the  1500 mark when New Zealand was coming 1st,  everyone in rm 21 was shouting and cheering on for New Zealand  .The rowers {Grace Prendergast and Jackie Gowler} finished with a gold medal and a time with 6 minutes 50 secand then ROC {Russia Olympic Commttie} came in 2nd place and with a strong finish from Canda  3rd place.`

 

I was really stoke and happy New Zealand got a gold medal.

Fale House Points Week 9

Today we did our Fale points from week 9 .  This is a graph I made using the following image above  this writting ;

-  Rata has the most points  with a ,3600 points or tokens.

 -Totara has the 2nd amount of points with ,3482 points or tokens.

-Kowhai has the 3rd amount of  points ,3472 points or tokens.

 -Kauri has the least amount of  points, 3311 points or tokens.

I think it is possible for Kauri to catch up to Rata but,I think it is unlikely.Kauri will need 200 points a day to catch up normally teams earn 60 points a day.

 Today we made a diffrent animations I made a basket ball going in the hoop then boucing of the court I hope you enjoy.

Vowel sounds in te reo

Today we are learning to pronunce our maori words .

-Te whananu puawaitanga

-Toroihi

-Kakano

it was really hard but I got there in the end the kakano was hard because 

there is diffrent pronceations for that word . 

Digtal Animations

 Today we learnt how to animate in slides I used 14 slides in my animation ,we made this video off screen castify it was a little smooth and bumpy but proud of too.

I think I did really well These are the slides that a I made out of the animations , google slides.

It is so cool what you can do with just 14 slides it is amazing.

Fractions Immersion Day 2

 Today we made combinations of fractions that were bigger than a half, but smaller than a whole .I made 4 different combo 

my first one is combinations is using 3 thirds 

my second combo is using 2 thirds 

my third combo is using 3 thirds 

my last one was using 4 thirds 

1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 = 3/4 

1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3

1/5 + 1/3+ 1/4 = 3/60

1/6 + 1/6 = 2/6
