P.E

 Today we practiced some decent exercise , such as :

Shuttels - Run between 2 cones or points that are the same.

Ups and downs - 10 up and down

Bear Crawls - 5 minutes    

Jumping Jacks - 30 jumping jacks

1 leg hopping - 20 1 leg hopping

Under and over furniter to.

    It's great to see you do some physical education. I do the same thing to fill my Te Whare Tapa Wha - the tinana pou.

    What would you require as say, a list of gear that you would need:
    Water bottle, running shoes? 🧐🧐
